The ST Powder Coatings Group is present in Italy with several warehouses and a widespread sales network to serve all the major industrial centres. Abroad, in addition to direct structures, it distributes its products through commercial partners located in all the main European economic areas.
Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza)
The site in Montecchio Maggiore, which covers an area of 20,000 square meters, produces thermosetting powder coatings and is specifically designed and built to attain an optimal layout of the production facilities, in which the most advanced industrial automation technologies have been adopted. All the steps making up the powder coatings production process have been in fact entrusted to systems and tools featuring state of the art technology in the sector. From simple electronic scales to gravimetric dosing systems, from multi-blade counter-rotating mixers to multi-zone feeding systems, from high-performance twin-screw extruders to twin-cycle mills, all stands for the highest technological 4.0 standards. Even special effect finishes are entrusted to the best available technologies: mixers and bonderizers totally managed by computer to ensure the quality, efficiency and flexibility required by the customer.
Fuenlabrada (Madrid)
The Fuenlabrada site, with a surface area of about 1,500 square meters, has been producing the Colour charts since 2008 and the Spray product lines since 2014; moreover, it is still used as a warehouse and a logistic distribution point for ST products for the Iberian market.
